Freddie is a personal relationship manager: a friendly reminder for the people who matter. It remembers the little details and gives you a gentle nudge when it’s been a while. Here are answers to a few common questions. If you need anything else, we’re one email away.

How do I sign in?

Freddie uses Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, so there is no separate password to remember. Pick whichever you prefer on the sign-in screen.

How do I import my contacts?

On the Me tab, choose Import. You can add people from your device’s address book or from Google Contacts. Freddie only imports the people you select, and tidies up duplicates so your circle stays clean.

How do notifications work?

Freddie sends gentle push notifications when it’s a good time to reach out. There are no red badges and no shame, just a quiet nudge. You can turn notifications off any time in your device settings.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email us at support@getfreddie.app and we will delete your account and everything in it within 30 days. Self-service account deletion is not built yet, so that mailbox is the way for now, and we will confirm once it is done.

Inside Freddie you can delete individual contacts, notes, facts, reminders, tags and devices at any time. You can also revoke Freddie’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
