Freddie

Terms of Service

Effective date: August 18, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Logic Layer AI Inc. for your use of Freddie. They are written to be read. If something here is unclear, email us at support@getfreddie.app and we will explain it in plain language.

By creating an account or using Freddie, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Freddie is

Freddie is a personal relationship manager. You keep track of the people you care about, and Freddie helps you remember what matters and nudges you when it has been a while. It is a personal tool for your own use.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use Freddie. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Freddie with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

Your content is yours

The contacts, notes, facts and timeline entries you put into Freddie belong to you. We do not claim ownership of them. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your content, process it, back it up, and send it to the providers described in our Privacy Policy so that Freddie’s features work.

Other people’s information

Freddie is about other people, which puts a real responsibility on you. You are responsible for the information you record about others, and for having a legitimate reason to keep it. Do not use Freddie to store information you are not entitled to hold, to build profiles of people for someone else’s benefit, or in any way that would break the privacy laws that apply to you.

What you may not do

What Freddie writes

Freddie uses AI to summarize what you have recorded, pull facts out of your notes, and suggest what to say. Those outputs are suggestions, not statements of fact, and AI models get things wrong. Read what Freddie writes before you act on it, and never rely on it for anything medical, legal, financial or otherwise consequential. You remain responsible for whatever you send to another person.

Google Contacts

If you connect Google Contacts, you authorize Freddie to read your contacts through the Google People API so it can import them. You can disconnect at any time from your Google account settings. Our use of that data is described in the Privacy Policy and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Price

Freddie is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we will say so clearly before anything is charged, and no existing feature you rely on will start costing money without notice.

Availability

We work to keep Freddie running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we ever shut the service down, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

Ending it

You can stop using Freddie at any time. To close your account and delete your data, email support@getfreddie.app — self-service account deletion is not built yet, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms or that puts other people at risk.

No warranty

Freddie is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that any content Freddie generates will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logic Layer AI Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or relationships, arising from your use of Freddie. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the effective date above, and if a change is significant we will let you know in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Freddie after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
